Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within the assigned market territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs.
- Present product demonstrations and sales pitches tailored to client requirements.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Manage customer relationships through a CRM system to ensure accurate data entry and follow-up.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales or customer service roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
