Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification on weekend shifts.
- Present company solutions to prospective clients and close sales to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Manage and update the sales pipeline in Salesforce and CRM tools to ensure accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Build strong rapport with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document all client interactions and provide weekly performance reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, telesales, or B2B sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays with a positive, resilient attitude.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
