Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and qualification to closing deals and onboarding new clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospects and customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and optimize sales funnels.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on pipeline activity and forecasting.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Account Management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a strong plus.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a remote-first or hybrid environment.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple leads effectively.
