Responsibilities
- Prospect & Qualify: Utilize CRM tools and databases to identify new business opportunities and qualify leads within the San Diego area.
- Client Engagement: Conduct outbound calls and meetings to present our products/services, addressing client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Deal Closure: Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and improve market positioning.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service (entry-level candidates with high drive considered).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Self-Motivation: Proven track record of working independently and maintaining high levels of productivity.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
