Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Exceed monthly sales targets by effectively communicating product value propositions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- Document all sales activities in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Strong time management and organizational abilities to thrive in night shift schedule
