Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients via phone and video conference.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate solutions to close sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to refine sales strategies.
- Document all customer interactions and sales activities accurately.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and a persuasive, professional telephone manner.
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.
