Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Present product solutions to B2B clients via phone/video conferences
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets with consistent performance
- Collaborate with marketing to develop strategic outreach campaigns
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in Salesforce CRM
- Build long-term client relationships through post-sale follow-up
- Participate in weekly sales training and coaching sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred)
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Excellent verbal/written communication abilities
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
