Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies targeting Fortune 500 clients
- Conduct 15-20 face-to-face client meetings weekly across Houston metroplex
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets through solution-based consultative selling
- Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, proposal development, contract negotiation
- Leverage Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate client records and pipeline data
- Collaborate with product team to provide market feedback and feature requests
- Represent company at 4+ industry trade shows and networking events annually
Qualifications
- 5+ years B2B outside sales experience with verifiable $100K+ OTE
- Proven track record in SaaS, industrial equipment, or healthcare technology
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and proposal automation tools
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to travel 40% of time within Texas Gulf Coast region
- Technical aptitude to demo complex software solutions
- Professional certifications (e.g., CSE, PMP) preferred
