Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Execute high-volume outbound calling and email campaigns to generate new leads and schedule appointments.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth needs analysis calls to understand client pain points and tailor our solutions accordingly.
- Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling product presentations and demos that highlight the value proposition of our services.
- Deal Closing: Navigate the sales cycle from the initial contact to contract negotiation and final signature.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system, tracking interactions and pipeline health.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term partnerships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or telesales.
- Availability: Must be available to work the night shift (typically 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM or 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM CST).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a professional, persuasive, and articulate tone.
- Self-Motivation: Highly driven individual who is comfortable working independently and hitting daily/weekly targets.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM software is highly preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
