Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with new clients during evening hours across Nashville and Ohio territories
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through in-person meetings and presentations
- Develop customized sales solutions aligned with client needs and business objectives
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and pipeline progress
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless client handoffs and service continuity
- Analyze market trends to identify new growth opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of outside sales or B2B experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable with evening/night shift schedule (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Experience working across multiple states (TN/OH preferred)
- Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools
