Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with local businesses during evening hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies for B2B clients
- Present product solutions and negotiate contracts with decision-makers
- Exceed monthly sales targets through consistent follow-up and relationship building
- Utilize CRM software to track leads and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with day teams for seamless client handoff and service continuity
- Attend weekly virtual strategy sessions and quarterly in-person training
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B outside sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with executive presence
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently during night hours
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for territory coverage
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Experience in Chicago or Texas markets highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
