- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies for commercial accounts
- Exceed monthly KPIs through consultative selling and solution-based approaches
- Collaborate with remote team via CRM platforms while maintaining field presence
- Attend industry networking events and trade shows during evening hours
- Submit detailed activity reports and pipeline forecasts weekly
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B outside sales experience with proven track record
- Valid driver's license with clean record and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong negotiation and closing skills for commercial contracts
