Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with businesses during evening hours (6 PM - 2 AM) across Miami-Dade County
- Develop new B2B relationships in hospitality, retail, and commercial sectors
- Present customized solutions to decision-makers during night shift operations
- Utilize CRM software to manage pipeline and track performance metrics
- Collaborate with day team for seamless client handoffs and follow-up
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic territory planning
- Submit detailed activity reports and contribute to sales strategy refinement
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years outside sales experience with proven track record
- Strong comfort working night shifts and non-traditional hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory coverage
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for after-hours engagements
