Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls to generate new business leads and schedule qualified meetings.
- Manage inbound sales inquiries professionally and convert them into revenue-generating opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track interactions, update client records, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve lead quality.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and performance targets.
- Present product demos and handle objections to close deals effectively.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required. We value attitude and aptitude over past history.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, driven, and willing to learn new concepts quickly.
- Technical: Basic computer proficiency and comfort using web-based tools.
- Availability: Must be available to work a standard full-time schedule (Monday – Friday).
