Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and digital outreach to enterprise clients across the US
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close using Salesforce CRM and proprietary sales tools
- Exceed monthly KPIs for call volume, qualified leads, and revenue targets
- Collaborate with day-time teams to ensure seamless handoffs and account continuity
- Document all client interactions and sales activities in real-time within CRM system
- Participate in bi-weekly team huddles and quarterly sales training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office suite
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Strong time management and self-motivation for independent night shift work
- Valid US work authorization and ability to pass background check
- Associate's degree or equivalent sales certification preferred
