Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels including cold calling, emailing, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and account management.
- Track sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
