Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Present product solutions to prospects via personalized virtual demos
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Track all activities in Salesforce and maintain accurate sales pipeline
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS or tech products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales tools
- Exceptional communication and persuasive presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Strong analytical skills for pipeline management and forecasting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
