Responsibilities
- Conduct after-hours face-to-face sales presentations to commercial clients across DC metropolitan area
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to maximize market penetration
- Build and maintain high-value relationships with business decision-makers
- Exceed monthly sales targets through consultative selling techniques
- Utilize CRM system to track leads, pipeline, and client interactions
- Collaborate with day team to ensure seamless client handoffs and service continuity
- Participate in weekly sales strategy and performance review sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years outside sales experience with proven track record
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings (typically 6 PM - 2 AM)
