Job Description
We are seeking a high-energy Night Shift Outside Sales Representative to drive revenue for our Seattle-based operations. If you have a passion for sales and prefer working during the evening hours, we want to hear from you.
As a key member of our night team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting face-to-face with clients, and securing contracts that help us grow. This is a commission-heavy role designed for self-starters who want to maximize their earnings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls and in-person visits to prospective clients in the greater Seattle area.
- Build rapport with new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.
- Present company products and services, addressing client needs and objections effectively.
- Update the CRM database with accurate prospect information and activity logs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales strategies and campaigns.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales or business development.
- Valid Driverβs License and clean driving record required.
- Ability to work the Night Shift (7:00 PM β 4:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
