Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with new clients during evening hours to expand market reach
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for assigned territories in San Diego County
- Present product solutions to businesses and close deals with minimal supervision
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and pipeline progress
- Collaborate with day team to ensure seamless client handoffs and service continuity
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- 2+ years of outside sales experience with proven track record of meeting targets
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shift hours
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with B2B focus
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
