Responsibilities
- Manage Territory: Effectively manage a designated sales territory within Jacksonville, FL, focusing on high-volume lead generation and relationship building.
- Client Engagement: Conduct high-intensity, face-to-face and remote sales meetings to identify client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Appointment Setting: Utilize CRM tools to schedule and manage a robust calendar of client appointments.
- Objection Handling: Expertly navigate client objections and close deals to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about local market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, interactions, and customer data in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in outside sales, account management, or business development.
- Availability: Must be available to work the night shift (typically 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM or 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
