Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with B2B clients during evening hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies for industrial/commercial sectors
- Present product solutions to decision-makers in Fort Worth metroplex
- Close deals while maintaining 25+ weekly client meetings
- Leverage CRM to track sales pipeline and forecast revenue
- Collaborate with day teams for seamless account handoffs
- Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B outside sales experience
- Proven track record in industrial/commercial sales
- Availability for evening/night shifts (Sun-Thu 6 PM-2 AM)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in field environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales certifications
