Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage with commercial clients during evening/night hours across Detroit Metro
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to maximize market penetration
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide weekly sales performance reports
- Collaborate with day shift team to ensure seamless client handoffs and service continuity
- Adapt to Detroit's unique nightlife and industrial scheduling opportunities
- Exceed quarterly sales targets through innovative prospecting and relationship building
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years outside sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional night adaptability and comfort working non-traditional hours
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and mobile sales tools
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to close complex B2B deals
- Deep knowledge of Detroit's commercial districts and industrial landscape
- Resilience and self-motivation required for autonomous night operations
- Ability to thrive in variable weather conditions while conducting field visits
