Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies targeting B2B clients across Dallas metroplex
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings during evening/night hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Exceed monthly sales quotas through proactive lead generation and relationship building
- Utilize CRM software to track sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize nighttime promotional campaigns
- Present product demonstrations and negotiate contracts at client sites
- Submit detailed activity reports and performance metrics weekly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven outside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport in high-pressure situations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for nighttime client visits
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during off-peak hours
- Strong time management skills balancing multiple client appointments
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Preference given to candidates with Dallas market knowledge
