Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with enterprise clients during evening hours (5 PM - 1 AM)
- Develop long-term relationships with C-suite executives in healthcare, finance, and tech sectors
- Present customized software solutions through virtual and on-site meetings
- Exceed quarterly sales targets through strategic account management
- Collaborate with day-team to ensure seamless client handoffs
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track leads and pipeline activity
- Attend weekly sales training and strategy sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years outside sales experience with enterprise clients
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication skills for high-stakes negotiations
- Comfortable working independently and managing remote schedules
- Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM platforms
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel to client sites across Boston Metro area
- Strong time management for evening client availability
