Responsibilities
- Engage with local businesses during evening hours (5 PM - 1 AM) to identify new sales opportunities
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies for commercial clients
- Present product solutions and negotiate contracts with decision-makers
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining 85%+ client retention rate
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage pipelines, and report progress
- Collaborate with marketing team to create targeted evening outreach campaigns
- Attend industry networking events during unconventional hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B outside sales experience with proven track record
- Strong closing ability with demonstrated quota achievement
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory coverage
- Proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
