Responsibilities
- Conduct evening in-person sales calls and presentations to prospective clients
- Develop new business opportunities through territory-based prospecting
- Build and maintain strong client relationships within Fort Worth metro area
- Exceed monthly sales targets while representing our premium product line
- Collaborate with day team for seamless client handoffs and coverage
- Utilize CRM system for accurate lead tracking and reporting
- Participate in monthly sales training and strategy sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently during evening hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Resilient work ethic and comfort in field-based roles
