Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage new commercial clients across Fort Worth and surrounding areas
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to exceed sales targets
- Present product demonstrations and customized solutions to key decision-makers
- Build long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up and account management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities and pipeline metrics
- Attend weekly sales training and performance review sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven outside sales experience with B2B solutions
- Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel 70% of the time across North Texas
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Industry certifications in mechanical/technical sales a plus
