Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new commercial clients during evening/night hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through strategic account management
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates
- Utilize CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and sales metrics
- Collaborate with day-team to ensure seamless client handoffs and service continuity
- Present compelling product demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and adjust sales strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B outside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Comfortable working independently in evening/night shifts
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
