Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through proactive prospecting and relationship building.
- Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our services.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities within the local Houston market to expand our client base.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and support staff to achieve collective organizational goals.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong interpersonal skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to set, pursue, and achieve ambitious sales goals.
- Local Presence: Must reside in the Houston, TX area and be available for full-time shifts (including weekends if necessary).
- Driving: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (for local client visits).
