Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to identify and qualify high-value leads within the local and national market.
- Demo & Presentation: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and present tailored solutions to prospective clients to address their specific business needs.
- Closing Deals: Utilize consultative selling techniques to overcome objections, negotiate terms, and close sales to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system, tracking the full sales cycle from initial contact to final contract.
- Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high retention rates and fostering opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer success, OR a strong entrepreneurial drive with a hunger to learn.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly.
- Demonstrated Drive: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- CRM Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
