Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through high-volume outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Present and pitch our products/services to qualified prospects in the El Paso and Florida markets.
- Build rapport with clients to understand their needs and close sales effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to refine sales strategies.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and handle client inquiries with professionalism.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to earn a high income.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidates.
