Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to qualified leads.
- CRM Management: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential customers using Salesforce CRM.
- Demo Delivery: Present product demonstrations and tailored proposals to prospective clients.
- Relationship Building: Establish trust with prospects and move them effectively through the sales funnel.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and leadership to refine outreach strategies.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in inside sales or customer service (1+ years preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Motivation: Self-motivated individual with a track record of hitting targets.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
