Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to generate new business leads.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
- Close sales deals and process orders accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client retention.
Qualifications

- Proven track record in sales, customer service, or call center experience.
