Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Present product solutions to B2B clients via virtual demos and presentations
- Exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining 25+ weekly qualified meetings
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Manage CRM pipeline (Salesforce) with accurate lead tracking and forecasting
- Participate in weekly training sessions to master product updates and sales techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven quota achievement
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales engagement tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Track record of generating 15+ qualified leads weekly
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
