Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and generate new leads through prospecting and networking.
- Present products and services to prospective clients, highlighting value propositions.
- Closing sales and negotiating contracts to meet or exceed monthly quotas.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in outside sales or a related field.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage a schedule effectively.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve financial goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
