Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales calls and engage with inbound leads to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Process sales orders and ensure accurate data entry into our CRM system.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional support to customers during evening hours, ensuring high satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize sales strategies and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments is highly valued.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on persuasion and negotiation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
