Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through phone, email, and CRM outreach
- Present product solutions to enterprise clients via virtual demonstrations
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets in competitive markets
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Maintain detailed sales pipeline in Salesforce CRM
- Develop long-term client relationships through consultative selling
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with documented track record
- Proven success in weekend shift environments (Saturdays/Sundays)
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Familiarity with SaaS/technology sales advantageous
