Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through targeted cold calling, email campaigns, and digital outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while presenting product solutions
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets using CRM software
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies
- Document all client interactions and sales activities in Salesforce
- Participate in night shift team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- 1+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (6 PM - 2 AM)
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
