Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage local business prospects through targeted outreach campaigns
- Develop customized solutions aligned with client needs using our CRM platform
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Maintain accurate sales data and pipeline reporting in Salesforce
- Participate in weekly team meetings and quarterly sales reviews
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets through consultative selling
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with B2B technology solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Valid New Mexico driver's license (client visits required)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
