The Role
We are seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to identify, engage, and convert new clients within the Jacksonville and Georgia regions. You will be the face of our brand, building lasting relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Travel within the Jacksonville, FL and Georgia territories to meet with potential clients face-to-face.
- Present product demonstrations and customized solutions to meet client needs.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and territory plans.
- Track sales metrics and report weekly progress to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high retention and referral rates.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
