Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-value clients across Chicago metropolitan area
- Execute face-to-face sales presentations during evening/night hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets through strategic prospecting and solution-based selling
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales pipelines and client interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies
- Represent company at industry events and networking functions during off-peak hours
- Provide market feedback to inform product development and competitive positioning
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B outside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Proven track record of success in night shift or non-traditional hours

- Strong negotiation skills and closing ability in complex sales cycles

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for evening client visits
