As a night shift specialist, you'll serve clients during evening hours when competitors are offline, positioning us as the responsive partner of choice.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute after-hours sales strategies for commercial clients
- Conduct face-to-face meetings during evening hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Build and maintain high-value client relationships through proactive engagement
- Exceed monthly sales targets through strategic territory management
- Collaborate with day team to ensure seamless client handoffs
- Utilize Salesforce CRM for accurate pipeline tracking and reporting
- Identify and capitalize on competitor weaknesses during off-peak hours
- Represent company at industry events during evening functions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with B2B focus
- Comfortable working independently during non-traditional hours
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
