Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound cold calling and email campaigns
- Manage sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM
- Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals within assigned territory
- Collaborate with marketing team on lead generation initiatives
- Maintain accurate sales records and performance metrics
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience required
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently on night shift schedule (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license for occasional client meetings
