In this role, you will be the voice of our brand for our evening clientele, handling inbound leads and executing outbound strategies to exceed monthly quotas.
Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales calls and emails during the night shift to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Client Engagement: Consult with potential clients to identify their needs, present tailored solutions, and close deals effectively.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and HubSpot, logging all interactions and pipeline progress.
- Quota Achievement: Consistently meet daily and weekly KPIs, including call volume, conversion rates, and average deal size.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with the morning shift team to ensure seamless handover of leads and client information.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to management regarding customer pain points and market trends to help refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or call center environments.
- Shift Availability: Must be available to work the Night Shift (typically 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM or 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Tools: Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-Oriented: A self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment and has a track record of hitting numbers.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Reliability: Strong attendance record and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
