Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales calls to qualified leads in the Southwest region
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets with uncapped commission structure
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and pipeline management
- Present product solutions tailored to client business needs
- Participate in ongoing product training and sales development programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inside sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (7 PM - 3 AM CST)
- Strong analytical skills for identifying sales opportunities
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional client meetings)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Spanish bilingual capability highly advantageous
