Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 25+ outbound calls/day
- Build relationships with clients using consultative selling techniques
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in weekly sales strategy sessions and performance reviews
- Stay updated on product knowledge and competitive market intelligence
Qualifications
- 1+ years inside sales or B2B sales experience required
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Comfortable with night shift schedule (6 PM - 2 AM EST)
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in remote environment
- Associate degree or equivalent sales certification preferred
