Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calling, email campaigns, and CRM lead management
- Consult with clients to understand needs and propose tailored solutions
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce and provide weekly performance reports
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to close deals
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Comfortable working independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to exceed quotas
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
