Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new business clients within San Jose and surrounding areas
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular in-person meetings
- Present product solutions and close sales agreements exceeding $50k annually
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute local sales strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through consistent follow-up
- Utilize CRM software to track sales pipeline and client interactions
- Represent company at local trade shows and industry events
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven outside sales experience in B2B environment
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
