- Prospect and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, chat) during night shift hours (7 PM - 4 AM EST)
- Present product solutions to B2B clients, demonstrating clear value propositions
- Close sales agreements while maintaining 95%+ customer satisfaction scores
- Exceed monthly revenue targets through strategic pipeline management
- Document all client interactions in Salesforce CRM with 100% data accuracy
- Collaborate with day-team sales specialists for seamless client handoffs
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance review sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely

- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently in night shift environment
